George Augustine Thomas O'Brien (1892 – 31 December 1973) was an Irish politician, economist and academic. He was first elected to Seanad Éireann as an independent member in 1948 by the National University of Ireland constituency.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Mr. George O'Brien )〕 He was re-elected in 1951, 1954, 1957 and 1961.
